Just over three week to go before I start my Bibbulmun Track thru hike. My fitness training has reached its peak and apart from hiking I’m walking just about everywhere I can as well as doing pack training, weights and cardio. Oh did I mention I’ve also added squats to the mix just for something different. Lots of squats!
