Outward Bound has been providing eduction in the outdoors for over 70 years and they don’t just teach you about being outdoors, they also help you learn more about yourself as an individual. In this episode we talk to Helen at the National headquarters in Tharwa, on the Southern edge of Canberra city about what they do and the services they offer.
