Now I need to fess up here; I’m a coffee snob. It’s taken me many years to work out what I like and put simply, that’s plunger coffee. I do realise this is not to everyone’s taste and most people aren’t so fussy as far as coffee goes and if that’s you then coffee bags may be the way to go.
Coffee bags are definitely a step above freeze-dried coffee in taste but with that comes extra rubbish and added expense. We compared a number of varieties including from a well known brand that now seems to have disappeared of the market. The main and most commonly available brand in Australia is Robert Timms and having tried other options available on the Australian Mmarket they are up their in quality. So how did they preform?
